Folk Art Steam Traction Road Roller in Brass 1960s

€375.00

This road roller is a great piece of decoration. Made somewhere in the 60s or 70s, this steam powered road runner was made by an amateur mechanic and probably used as a display piece. It has gained a wonderful patina and the brass and copper used shows great colors and wear, making it a real joy for the eyes.

We don’t know if it still works, but it looks complete. But in our eyes more interesting as a quirky folk art piece of decoration.

It comes in a good vintage condition with a desirable patina.
