This is a beautifully crafted pair of Rococo-style parrot candlesticks in porcelain and brass by Wong Lee, dating from the 1990s.

Each candlestick features a vividly colored parrot perched atop a detailed base. The parrots are meticulously sculpted, with each feather carefully defined and painted in vibrant greens and yellows. The top of each parrot’s head is adorned with an ornate candlestick holder, designed to hold a single candle. Please note the beautiful rococo style bases featuring a rocaille motif with scrollwork and floral elements.
They come in a very good condition, signed at the base.
